Biography
Pascal joined ALA in 2016. Previously, Pascal consulted on Business Development at Pattonair, leading and coaching the existing sales team in France with accountability for all people management, employee engagement and departmental operational metrics. From 2013 until 2015 Pascal covered the role of Director Procurement, Global Cost Optimization, Strategic Projects at B/E Aerospace (now KLX), running a Global cross functions team (SC, sales, contract dpt) located in both Miami (USA) and Hamburg (GER) facilities. Previous he worked for the same company in the CMG division as Director Purchasing EMEA. From 1992 until 2004 Pascal held the position of Director Business Development at CMP France. Pascal holds a Masters in International Supply chain/procurement at EM Business School Strasbourg in France, and a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Development.
