Maurizio Rossi

Biography

Maurizio holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy. He started his professional career in plant operations with Huntsman Tioxide (now Sabic) where he had the role of process and control engineer. In 2006 he joined AspenTech where he took part in sever advanced process control projects in the refining and petrochemical areas. He soon demonstrated his strong technical background becoming a project leader in 2008. From 2008 to 2011 he led increasingly complex projects, including hydrocracking, crude units and full ethylene plants. A founder of Alpha Process Control srl he covers the role of technical manager with the responsibility of the execution of the projects according to the high quality standards of the Company.
