Biography

I've been developing and managing projects, programs and team focused on energy efficiency for more than 9 years. Since 2008 I'm leader of Energy Efficiency solution within Altran Italia. The solution is focused on energy efficiency, renewables, smart grid and sustainability. My main tasks are: - Coordinating pre-sales activities of energy efficiency consulting, with more than 70 “business manager” in Italy - Define the go to market strategy for new services about Energy Efficiency - Scouting new consulting opportunity and clients - Managing the team and the projects - Controlling Financials results - Designing new offers (Economical and technical), - Recruiting new consultants. - Keeping informed about the Italian legislation on energy efficiency , inclusive of preparation of articles for the Italian main economical newspaper “Il sole 24 ore Specialties: energy efficiency financial incentives (e.g. White certificates: more than 65.000 TEP/year certified ->more than 30 M€) Demand side Management Measure and verification (M&V, including IPMVP) Strategic marketing technical due diligence Innovation within Renewable Energy Smart Grid Green Building Innovation Renewable Energy and Alternative Energy Innovation and Investement
