I started working at Papola immediately after graduation so I was growing up personally and professionally along with , growth of the company. I think that work, as a source for personal growth, requires a great deal of respect and honesty whether regarding the spirit with which one works or the necessary commitment one puts to perform better his tasks. From a popular saying ” If you do things well, do them better or don’t” maybe it is not a philosophy of life for everyone, but it is definitely one for me.
