Biography
Marcel Patrignani has been Chief Executive Officer for Italy since 2003. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2016. Marcel Patrignani began his career as a commercial engineer in consulting companies. From 1984 to 1987, he was an engineer and commercial manager at Générale de Service Informatique. He joined the Altran group in 1987. From 1987 to 2003 he was general manager of Altran Systèmes d'Information. In 1997, Marcel Patrignani became General Manager of Altran Italy. From 1996 to 2003, he was Chairman and CEO of Altran Switzerland. Since 2011, he has been Vice President of The French Chamber of Commerce in Italy. Since 2014, he has been Counselor for French Foreign Trade and a member of the Council for Italy and the United States. Marcel Patrignani has received prestigious honors in both France and Italy. He graduated from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprise in Nancy and earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering in 1983. He has dual French and Italian citizenship.
