Account Manager at Amazon More than 2 years working for multinational clients in Consumer Goods and Industrial Markets in Europe and America. I had the chance to be involved in various projects, mainly in SG&A and Operations functions, supporting Clients in Strategic Analysis and Planning, Operating Models Improvement, Business Planning, Business Processes Design/ Re-engineering, Business Case Development. I have collaborated every day with Clients in carefully shaping and executing their transformation agendas, by identifying their main issues, setting and achieving challenging objectives, improving their performance and providing innovative solutions and ideas for changing. Strongly motivated and results oriented, highly analytical and I always try to understand the smallest aspects of a problem while simultaneously seeing the big picture. I have been always highly exposed to the Client, starting from more operative people to C-Level and in any occasion I try to empathise with them, valuing the importance of building solid relations.
