  Optimization Program Manager at Amazon Being a data driver person, I am passionate about using analytics to identify opportunities to improve cost and/or customer service. With 4 years’ experience in one of the leading e-commerce multinationals, I have been working on transportation network optimization and on cross-functional projects involving warehouse operations and inventory placement. Since 1.5 years, I am growing and managing a team of 5 resources responsible for transportation planning in EU for a leading e-commerce company. Optimization and planning of the European Transportation Network involving: - Long term network design to plan linehaul resources and sortation capacity including both operational as well financial planning - Review of the actual performance to report variances to senior leaders - Identification and development of logistics projects to improve customer experience and improve network efficiency - Identification and design of technical requirements to ensure prioritization of business requirements within technical teams development plans - Managing a team of four resources to standardize and automatize tactical planning with the target of improving the overall team efficiency and planning accuracy
