Biography
Francesca started her career in HR in Barilla in 2001. In 2004, she joined L’Oréal as HR Manager - Consumer Goods for Italy and, after 2 years, she relocated to the HQ in Paris to be appointed Human Resources Coordinator Central & Eastern Europe - Consumer Goods. In 2007, she moved back to Italy to serve as Global Human Resources Director at Bialetti Industrie. Finally, in 2010, she joined Whirlpool EMEA where she covered different roles with increasing responsibilities up to be appointed.
Research Interest
Master Degree in Political Science from the LUISS University of Rome. In 2015, Vice President Human Resources EMEA. She joined the Amplifon Group in October 2017 as Chief HR Officer.
