Michele Prencipe

Biography

Principe joined Three Hills Capital Partners in 2013 as a founding member. Prior to that, he worked at Hutton Collins and was part of the team leading the investment in Dedalus, which he continues to monitor for THCP along with Hunter for Hutton Collins. . Formerly, he worked for the Italian private equity firm Clessidra, where he was involved in several projects including the acquisition of chemical manufacturer Euticals and the public offer for Telecom Italia Media. Earlier in his career, Michele was part of the European Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch where he worked on several mergers, acquisitions and IPOs for both corporate clients and financial sponsors. Michele holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Milan. He speaks Italian and English.
