Biography
A Certified Public Accountant, he graduated in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome. He has worked as a consultant in the areas of tax and company law, civil-law and tax-related aspects of statutory and extraordinary financial statements since 1984. He is a Technical Consultant of the Civil, Criminal and Appeal Courts of Rome and was a member of the Direct Taxation Advisory Committee and consultant for the Ministry of the Environment and Territorial Protection with regard to tax issues. He holds and has held positions on the Board of Auditors of corporations, including listed corporations. He is currently a consultant for Rome’s local health authorities and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Poste Vita SpA.
