Nicoletta Mincato (born in 1971, 46 years) has served as Member of the Directors of Astaldi since 2013. Lawyer, defence counsel for the Court of Cassation, he has worked in the legal area for over 30 years specialising in civil law in relation to judicial and out-of-court matters. She has been responsible for and continues to be responsible for contractual relations with regard to the real estate sector, contracts and corporate acquisitions.
