Biography
I have gained more than 20 years of experience and acquired specific skills starting from contract and compensation to management, development, organization and industrial relations. Attention to the customer and the level of service were the main focus of the business activity and support provided by the Human Resources function. I believe that these elements together with my technical skills allow me to work effectively with the role of HR Business Partner.
