Biography

Scott Pleau is senior vice president, Operations. Pleau joined Baxter in 2016 from Medtronic plc, where he served as vice president of Global Operations. Previously he held key operations positions of increasing responsibility across multiple businesses at Covidien plc beginning in 1995, most recently as vice president, Operations, prior to Medtronic’s 2015 acquisition of Covidien. Before that time, he worked for C. R. Bard, Inc. and Davis & Geck. Pleau is a U.S. Navy veteran. He also serves as executive sponsor of BaxVets, a business resource group for employees that supports veterans and active military service members through community service activities, networking, mentoring and staffing. Pleau received his bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering from Michigan State University. Scott Pleau is senior vice president, Operations.
