Biography
Professor of Accounting and Control. From November 2007 to October 2013 Head of Accounting Department. From 1971 to 1980 Professor of Business Administration at the Politecnico di Milano. From 1981 to 1985 Full Professor of Business Administration at the Universities of Bari and Bologna. From 1987 to 2003 Director of CESAD, Center for Studies in Management and Business Administration. In 1988 visiting professor at San Diego University, California. From 1991 to 1996 Dean of SDA Bocconi, and President in 2006. Since 1995 member of the International Academy of Management. From 2004 to 2007 Director of MIAC, Master in Accounting and Control. From 2007 to 2010 Head of Accounting Department. From 2010 to 2013 again Head of Accounting Department.
