Her primary responsibilities are to lead the teams that are in charge of food safety and quality control in the production plants of Cargill Feed and Nutrition in Italy. Cargill is committed to protecting the animals we feed and the people who consume food produced by these animals. Part of my role is implementing the best food safety practices and make sure all our processes are safe and compliant with the regulatory requirements.
