Biography

  Ophthalmologist - Medical and surgical Director presso Poliambulatorio Centro Europeo. Graduated from the University of Catania in medicine and then specialized in ophthalmology with the highest grades. He worked for years at the Policlinico of Catania and later at Cannizzaro hospital. Actually he runs a private clinic "Poliambulatorio Centro Europeo" where currently carrying out work in ophthalmology. He participated as a speaker at numerous national and international conferences. Completed his surgical training in Chennai India at Agarwal eye hospital and now perform surgery at Morgagni and Valsalva Clinic of Catania. Currently engaged in many humanitarian missions especially in Nicaragua with the association ASI. Coordinator of the Project Vision at the CENTRO DE SALUD in San Rafael De Norte, supported by Ministry of Health of Nicaragua and Italian embassy and consulate . Experience in the anterior segment, glaucoma, vitreo retinal and refractive surgery practice more than 600 applications every year. Expert in ocular ultrasonography, diseases of the cornea and in continuous training back every year in India at Agarwal Eye Hospital to improve their surgical skills.
