Biography

More than 20 years working in medical devices, since I started as a Product Manager for clinical nutrition products. After some years working in Marketing, I took responsibility for managing sales teams as a Business Manager for Spain and Portugal, having full responsibility for the P&L of the company. Due to my interest to keep learning, I wanted to start working internationally and I had the chance to start managing sales in Southern Europe first and then in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This has given me the great opportunity to deal with people from different countries, learning about their healthcare systems, their markets, their business models and about their culture also. I have the opportunity to deal with entrepreneurs that have set up their distribution company and also with people from multinational companies. This gives me the opportunity to learn from many different people in the Healthcare industry worldwide.   Passionate about healthcare. I studied Pharmacy because I wanted to work in healthcare but I didn't know how or where. My professional journey brought me to international sales of medical devices and I really enjoy everyday supporting our customers and partners to be more efficient when treating their patients.
