Biography

Marianne Tatschke, of Argentine origin, earned a BA in Psychology and in 1982 a Master in Business Administration at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada). She started her career in Italy at Sea Containers (Italian subsidiary of the Sea Containers Group) first as Operations Manager and then as Financial Controller. In 1988 she joined Det Norske Veritas (Milan Branch of the Norwegian naval registry) as Administration Controller and in 1991 she started her experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Astra Farmaceutici, the Italian subsidiary of the Swedish group, as Planning and Control Manager. In 1996 she was appointed CFO. Following the merger of Astra with Zeneca Ms. Tatschke joined Recordati as Director of Accounting. In 2001 she was appointed Head of Investor Relations and in 2013 Director Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
