SUSANNE WAMSLER US CITIZEN NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Ms Susanne Wamsler was born in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, in 1961 and has American citizenship. She graduated from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, with a degree in political economy. From 1984 to 1988 she held various positions with Deutsche Bank AG in Munich and New York. In 1989 she received her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Since then she has been a successful entrepreneur in different fields, including retail, real estate, telecommunications and wealth management.
