Biography
Minora holds a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan. He started his professional career in 1995 as junior controller at Alcanital Services, then he worked at Alcan Alluminio as assistant to the financial manager. In 2000 he pursued a career in management in the auditing field: he was appointed Senior Internal Auditor at Foster Wheeler Italiana and later he joined Edison as Operations Auditing team coordinator. In 2005 he joined IT Holding S.p.A as head of Audit and Internal Control for the group. He joined Recordati in 2007 and is currently Director Corporate Auditing.
