He has an interdisciplinary background and experience that allow me to look at the world of food with a holistic lens. His academic formation includes studies in food science and technology, packaging science, horticulture, agronomy, business administration, marketing and food governance and society. He has served as project manager or technical leader of development and/or international cooperation food supply chain programs in over 20 countries, and have been hired to consult private enterprises in nine countries.
