Biography
Research activity in pathophysiology in molecular biology laboratories, histology and genetics. Metabolic and biochemical-clinical analysis of blood and tissue samples for molecular and genetic characterization. Measurement of certain blood metabolites by the use of commercially available kits; extraction of triglycerides from the placental tissue and their measurement by colorimetric method. DNA extraction from blood samples; quantification by spectrophotometry; integrity check with agarose gel electrophoresis; telomere length measurement using PCR-Real Time.
