Biography

Bianca has over 20 years of Board level global search experience. She founded Coulter Partners in 2003 after building a healthcare practice for an American executive search firm. Prior to that Bianca spent over 10 years with Korn Ferry, becoming Partner firstly in Finance/Financial Services and then in Global Health Care, Biotechnology and Life Sciences. Throughout her career Bianca has appointed CEO’s and built the leadership teams of numerous early-stage and established UK, US and European headquartered businesses. She is involved heavily with the international investment community and leadership recruitment in UK, US, Germany, Austria, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Canada. Bianca typically recruits Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors, Scientific Advisory Board members, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Investment Directors, Partners for Consultancies, R&D Directors, Chief Medical Officers, Commercial and Business Development Leadership.
