Laurie Reed is responsible for leading Human Resources practices and objectives that promote an employee-oriented, high performance culture at the CSL Group of Companies. Empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce are her key areas of focus. This includes the development of Human Resources processes and HR metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.Based in King of Prussia, PA, USA, she previously served as the Head of Human Resources for CSL Behring. Ms. Reed has more than 20 years of HR experience in both the regional banking industry in the US as well as in the pharmaceutical industry globally. She has held diverse HR roles including HR Business Partner, Merger and Acquisition HR Leader, and Organization Development Consultant/Project Leader, and she has provided HR support to groups including Sales and Marketing organizations, and Manufacturing/Operations.
