Biography
Business Director with 20 years’ experience in major multinational pharmaceutical companies. My work focuses on building a winning team in order to reach and exceed our goals, both sales and development of people. I actively participate in the definition of the strategic plan, sharing the implementation and monitoring with other departments. I support the responsible functions in defining the operational structure both internally and externally: size, structure and organization, co-marketing and co-promotion agreements. I have a deep knowledge of sales data, I am able to analyse and define any corrective action with the team. My data analysis capabilities allow me to identify insights and provide basic advice to management in relation to the business. My profile is completed by customer orientation, internal and external, by the ability to anticipate contingencies and to find alternative solutions in relation to the goals
