Marta Antonucci

Biography

Antonucci is the first manager to take on the role after the foundation of the incubator and the beginning of activities in the Summer of 2016. Biomedical engineer with a PhD earned at Imperial College London and twenty years of experience in the cardiovascular devices sector, Marta Antonucci has been President International of Thoratec Corp. until the acquisition of the company in 2015 by St. Jude Medical, where during last year she held the position of Vice President International for Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS). Previously, her career had developed in senior international management positions in marketing and sales, especially in Boston Scientific Corporation, Guidant Corporation and Sorin Group.
