Biography
From the mid-90’s, Alessandro Malacart held positions as C-level and Director of several listed companies in the technology sector, like AISoftw@re (now Exprivia) and Inferentia (now FullSix). He is also a board member of the companies within GUT/Smemoranda group. He’s been in charge of the listing process for AlSoftw@re, Inferentia and Digital Magics. He developed a broad experience in operational, organizational and financial management of international companies, both in ordinary business and for M&A transactions, restructuring, public and private offering.
