Biography

Alessandro Protti Chief Human Resources Officer Alessandro Protti joined Dompé in 2010 as HR Manager, being simultaneously responsible for personnel recruitment, training and development, and advancing internal communication activities. During this period, he was responsible for trade union relations, general services, employment litigation, and the working safety management system for Dompéìs headquarters in Milan. After graduating in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan, he acquired extensive experience in the HR sector working for Ferrari S.p.A, Roche S.p.A. and Banca Carige S.p.A.
