Tatiana Lorca

Biography

Dr Tatiana A. Lorca is senior manager of food safety education and training for the Food & Beverage division of Ecolab. He is responsible for the development of audit, training, consulting and scientific support services for the supply chain, from producer to consumer, and collaborates with various internal divisions to ensure the compliance of internal staff with international food safety certification programs. Previously, Dr Lorca has held the roles of head of education and training for food security and is responsible for the quality assurance of the supply chain. Dr Lorca started her career in 2007 within the EcoSure Division of Ecolab as a provider of quality assurance of the supply chain. Prior to joining Ecolab, he held positions at BSI Management Systems Americas, Inc. and the SQF Institute (a Division of the Food Marketing Institute) and co-ordinated and delivered food safety training and certification programs for the Americas.
