Dr. Youkai Lu is associated Food Safety Director of Food & Beverage Division of Ecolab China. It guides a team of food security inspectors who provide risk assessment, training and consulting for the Chinese food and beverage industry. He is one of the most important Ecolab food safety experts in China and has expertise in developing food safety regulation in China and scientific communication with counterparts in the academic and industrial world.
