Head of Operations Market Italy/ Customer Operations/ Customer Care Main activities: Manage the assets of the whole document and the back office, in line with the objectives of quality and cost assigned and coordinate regional competence centers for its activities; - ensure the management of the activities carried out by the partners of the back office, checking the progress of activities and monitoring the Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract; - manage the marketing claims, defining the strategy of prevention, in agreement with the relevant units; - manage requests for information from Authorities and define the guidelines for the operational management of reconciliation and other ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolutions) with the consumers associations, in agreement with the relevant units
