Francesco Macaluso

Biography

Currently, I work at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa in Milan. My main responsibility is to develop dashboards and report, using BI tools such as QlikView and QlikSense. I manage the main process to extract data from source systems, transform data and then load it into customers' reports. Every entrepreneur has encountered issues understanding the IT structure. My intent is to affect the corporate performance structure in a complex and globalized world, because goals correspond to the efficiency and the productivity of organizations.  Main aspiration is to design a new firm configuration to manage the business challenges.  I graduated at Università of Tor Vergata in Rome earning a Master Degree in Economics and Management. I also earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance at University of Palermo. I am also interested in Business Intelligence techniques to process data and to convert numbers into results in order to improve the business, reducing inefficiencies My studies helped me to understand the economic environment. I started my professional career in an Accounting firm, where I developed my university knowledge.  I worked as a volunteer in a Health Care Association. This experience gave me the spirit to be a better person and to understand the social dynamics.
