Biography
Mr. Walter is currently a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Walter is the retired President and COO of AT&T Corporation, a position he held from 1996 to 1997. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a print and digital information management company, from 1989 through 1996. Mr. Walter previously served as a director of InnerWorkings, Echo Global Logistics Inc., and Vasco Data Securities, Inc., and served as Non-executive Chairman of ManpowerGroup from 1999 to 2001.
