Biography
Mainoli graduated “cum laude” in chemistry at the Università degli Studi di Milano and subsequently obtained an MBA at the Bocconi University in Milan. She started her professional career in research, first at the Istituto di Chimica Industriale (Università di Milano), and then at Solma SpA, Henkel Italiana and Marion Merrel Dow (Lepetit Research Centre). In 1990 she joined Recordati S.p.A. where she held a number of positions in R&D and then in finance with increasing responsibilities. Since 2012 she is Group Finance Director.
