Head of the R&D department and of the Pilot Plant . Responsible for the activity of two process development team and one analytical development team operating in two different sites (22 people mainly PhD and MS).Responsible for the pilot plant production in Chignolo site and for the tecnology transfer from the lab to the pilot and to the production plant. Scientific and technical interface for international customer on new projects and ongoing productions
