Biography

Chiara is passionate about science since she was a child. after graduating in Biology at the Federico II University of Naples, he arrives at the Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine in Naples , where he has been working for more than 10 years and deals with diseases from lysosomal storage , thus contributing to research on diseases. rare genetics.  To enrich the curriculum, however, he moved away from his homeland: he spent three years in Houston, at the Baylor College of Medicine, where in 2010 a Telethon Foundation laboratory was inaugurated. But the experience of studying abroad serves her only to " return with a heavier baggage at home ", to work in that Institute of Campania which has become an international excellence and where, for once, an Italian he chose to come back.
