“What is important for the company’s success?” This question was in my mind before I attended the Istud Human Resources & Organisation Master’s Degree. Both in Lundbeck than in Global Blue made me perceive that, people make the difference for the company’s success and that the HR Dept. is strategic to realize it. I have strong ability to work both independently than in a team and I have determination in reaching personal and professional goals.
