Biography
Jatila and his team provide engineering expertise for GE's power generation sales organization. Most recently, he led the global systems and application/requisition teams for gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator products. Jatila joined GE in 1995, working on the 9H combined-cycle system. He became senior combined-cycle systems engineer, serving as the primary technical interface between the commercial team and Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO). He served in a quality assurance role in Engineering and then transitioned to new product introduction (NPI) leader, Plant & Accessory Systems, in Greenville, South Carolina. Prior to joining GE, Jatila spent six years with the Parsons Corporation in the oil and gas division as senior heat transfer engineer. Additionally, Jatila is a leader in GE's Asian Pacific American Forum.
