Biography

More than 10 years experience in the IT services in a multinational environment, the majority of them spent in the IT Infrastructure services where I had the chance to participate and/or lead any kind of projects. From the construction of a datacenter to client platform migration projects, from virtualization and consolidation of servers to lifecycle and compliance projects. Last years were spent in developing IT services for Industrial Automation systems and their integration with the corporate network. More recently I played the role of Global Project Manager for the Novartis Vaccines Division with the goal of transitioning all the sites to a new Global partner and to a new Operationg model for IT Services (project Gemini).  After that I accepted the role of Risk and Compliance Manager in the IGM, in this role I have gained experience with Quality and Compliance processes, Information Risk management, Security and Validation of Computerized Systems in a pharma environment. Currently I am leafing a strategic program to integrate all the local systems and applications (industrial automation and laboratory) into the GSK environment as a step of the recent acquisition of the site by GSK. Wide experience with manufacturing operations (both primary and secondary) and supply chain processes in a pharma production site, specifically vaccines production. Good knowledge also of the research and development business. Primarily Responsible to guarantee all Business Applications are in good operational status and in compliance to the company standards and global regulations. Leading the Business Applications Team intended to complete the Business Applications integration to GSK and to manage the steady-state of all Business Applications (NON ERP systems) for Rosia and Siena sites.
