He graduated in 1972 from the Milan Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been registered with the provincial Order of Engineers in Parma, no. 631 since 1973 and is listed among the commission ingengineers of the same Order. Extensive known ledge in many civile engineering sectors, top expert in topography and mapping.
