Biography
BA in Geology, University of Pavia, 1976 MSc. in International Policy, University of Bristol (UK), 1986 Alberto has over 30 years of experience in the field of development consulting in both technical (1978-88) and commercial roles, as well as coordination (1989-present). Over the years, he has directed projects dealing with infrastructure, agricultural development and water resources. During the last decade, he has also been involved in Urban Planning and Cultural Heritage projects. He has a notable international experience, especially in dealing with Southeast Asia, where he lived from 1983-1994. He has been a partner at HYDEA since 2006 where he oversees Culture, Cultural Heritage, and Tourism.
