Biography
Degree in Forestry Science, Department of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Florence, 1984 Luciano is an environmental expert with extensive experience in design and implementation of environmental re-development and re-naturalization projects. His specialties include GIS-based thematic cartography, environmental impact studies, and environmental monitoring. He has been a partner at HYDEA since 2006 where he manages the area of environment and territory.
