Biography
Gino joined Stevenson Real Estate Services as a Broker Associate after an 18-year career in real estate services with the City of Burbank as the City’s Real Estate Manager. He specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property, medical office, office and post-production facilities in the Tri-cities and market area. As Project and Real Estate Manager for the City of Burbank, Gino directed and managed acquisitions, sales, leasing and property management for City and Redevelopment Agency properties. He had primary responsibility for escrows, appraisals, tenant relocation, goodwill and fixture and equipment valuation and title issues. Gino was also responsible for street vacations and dedications, acquisition of partial real property interests and other right of way activities.
