Biography
Matteo Daste is a Partner Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs LLP. He represents clients on corporate finance, governance, organizational and operational matters, and routinely acts as outside or local counsel for both domestic and foreign entities. Mr. Daste is also a founding member of the Business Association Italy America (BAIA), and serves on the Board of Directors of two technology startups and three nonprofit organizations. He is also outside counsel to the Italian General Consulate in San Francisco. Founder of the Business Association of Italian Americans with prevalent in the Bay area. IACCW will coordinate scouting and tour services to its network members from Italy, B2B agenda and scouting tours to facilitate their entry into the US market.
