Biography
Francesco Gianni is one of the founders of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners and is Senior Partner responsible for the Corporate / M & A department of the studio. Considered among the top Italian and European experts on M & A and structured finance, has followed some of the major operations of this kind in Italy in recent years. Graduated in Law at the La Sapienza University in Rome, holds a Master's degree from the University of London - King's College and a Master at the University of Michigan Law School. He has lived for many years in the United States where he has gained considerable experience at Sidley & Austin Chicago and Roger & Wells, New York.
