Biography
After graduating in Pure Mathematics with full marks of praise and praise at the University of Milan in 2001, holding a doctoral degree, he obtained the PhD in Mathematics at the same university in 2006 under the guidance of Prof. B. Ruf, with a thesis on elliptical systems with critical growth nonlinearity. Immediately after the PhD dissertation he spent a year as a visiting post-doc at the Pacific Institute for Mathematical Sciences, University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) under the supervision of I. Ekeland and supervised by N. Ghoussoub: Intense PDE research activity with singular nonlinearities and Schroedinger quasilinear equations as well as dedicating itself to teaching two core courses at that university. He returned to Milan in 2007 as a professor at a contract at the Politecnico di Milano where he held more than 10 courses in several engineering courses, continued his research at UNIMI as an assignment until 2009 and as a professor at Contracted at the Politecnico di Milano until 2011. His research interests concern nonlinear elliptical systems, nonlinear PDEs with solitone theory and micro and nano-technology models, Hardy inequalities and best constants in limit cases for inequalities in Type Moser. Currently he is a referee of numerous international magazines and editorial consultant for the Institute of the Italian Encyclopedia founded by G.Treccani, as author and publisher Garzanti, of which he is a scientific reviewer; Has been a visitor and has held scientific seminars on invitation to universities and prestigious research institutes including: University of Pisa, University of British Columbia, PIMS, BIRS - Banff, Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, University of Basel, Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Of Perugia, Pontifical Universe Catolica do Rio de Janeiro, New York University, University of Nevada, Osaka City University and Zhejiang Normal University. Since 2012 she has been a Researcher and Professor at the Department of Science and Technology, the University of Insubria and since 2013 a member of the PhD School of Applied Sciences in Computer Science and Mathematics of Calculation. In 2014 he joined the RISM Scientific Council - Riemann International School of Mathematics as vice president. Member of the Unified Warranty Committee of the University Disciplinary Board, FAR Research Fund for the Mathematical Area, from 2015. International scientific event organizer, since 2016 president of RISM
