Born in Naples on 1-11-1973. Education * January 26, 1996. - "Bachelor's Degree" in Mathematics (University of Naples, Supervisor Prof. A. Di Nola), * 1998 - 2001-- Ph.D. Program in Computer Science (Department of Sciences of the ' Information, University of Milan) * January 11, 2002 - PhD thesis "Many-valued logics based on continuous t-norms and their functional representation", supervisor Prof. D. Mundici. Position * November 1998 to October 2001 - PhD grant grant at DSI, University of Milan. * January 2002 to October 2002 - Post-doc at DMI, University of Salerno. * November, 2002 to October 2005 - Assistant professor at DMI, University of Salerno. * November, 2005 - Assistant professor at DICOM, University of Insubria, Varese.
Research Interest
Algebraic structures related with many-valued propositional logics; MV-algebras and semirings; Logic of uncertainty; Probability of fuzzy events;
