Biography

Since I was a child I have always been attracted by science and everything behind it, so it was natural for me to start the path I started enrolling at the G.Moscati di Grottaglie high school (TA), continued with a degree in Biology at the University of Siena with brilliant results. During university training I decided to invest 6 months in the Erasmus project at the Katoliche University of Njimegen in the Netherlands where I was able to compare myself with other cultures, complete my studies and bring my knowledge of English to higher levels. I had the opportunity to become part of the world of Pharmaceutical Companies playing the role of Medical Scientific Informant with increasing responsibility. During these years I have been able to develop some of my skills, such as: - Communication strategies and problem solving -market access - organization and promotion of local initiatives - ability to work in a team - development of the situational leadeship - coaching processes -processes of support and growth of colleagues In all these years I have always aspired to do my best in my job by adding a constant education so that I can offer my employer the maximum contribution.
