Biography
He was born in Vercelli on 24th March 1959, where he lives in Via Dante 92. He got his degree in civil engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin on 21st February 1984 with a final mark of 110 cum laude, and he passed his state examination in 1984; he enrolled in the engineer register of the Province of Vercelli on 13th September 1984 (n.689). He has been working as a professional since 1987, dealing with the design and management of public and private works.
