Biography
Dario Piga was born in Alghero, Italy, on the 11th of December 1982. He received the Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2008 and the Ph.D. in Systems Engineering in 2012 both from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) in 2012 and at the Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands) in 2013. In 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research in Lugano (Switzerland). In 2015 and 2106 he was Assistant Professor at the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca (Italy). In February 2017, He came back to the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research, where he is currently a Researcher.
Research Interest
His research interests include system identification, machine learning and control theory.
